HOW TO CLAIM FREE MP3 SONGS FROM SPINNR POWERED BY SMART

Everyone loves freebies, including me. Every time i purchase cellphone loads via smart i'm receiving text stating that i receive free mp 3 download. Out of my curiosity, i log on to the website and found out its true. Just used the free credits you have or else the song you download be credited to your airtime load.

To claim your fee song log on to the http://www.spinnr.ph/desktop/index.html#home

Log in if you are already a member and register if you are new to the site.

They would ask for your mobile number so they can send the password to said number (definitely you should a Smart user to enjoy the credit) 

When you receive your password you can now sign in to your account. The password is temporary you may then change your password when you needed to. 

Then in the left side corner of the page you will see search icon

Type in the title of the music, the artist or both. Lets make Roar by Katy Perry as an example. 

Then list of Katy Perry Roar will appear

In this case i will select the Roar

The page will look like this

You may hear the song before your purchase it Just click the play button

When you click the play button there would be a pop up message stating that you could only listen to the first 30 seconds of the song. If you join the music subscription you can listen to the whole song. Just click the "not now".

Click the P 15 button and 

then it would appear like this 

Click the use credits make sure you really have the remaining credit because of you don't it will be deducted on your airtime balance

Make sure to click the use credit making it appear on the right side like the image below

If you wish to cancel the transaction just click the x button

If you where sure then Hit the "Buy Now"

The pop up message will appear below

You can either choose to download it to your mobile or on your PC. I prefer to make it on my PC.

Why i decided to invest in Stock Market?

When i was still single, i believed that it's OK for both parents to work for their family so you could give all their basic needs and even the wants for your children. When the time my little baby girl brought out in this world, my belief has changed. Being a full time mom is priceless. It's a wonder feeling to watch and witness her first move, first smile, first roll and every little "first "of her life. I want to be there. But how would it be possible if i'm working full-time with the traditional office setup of commuting from my home to my office place. Now i still believe parents should still help each other on financial aspect and other stuff but then giving enough time for our kids. I'm still resolving my problem and i got  two solution for it:

First, my VA (virtual assistant) career. Its a home base job.I like this idea of having a par time or full time  job while at home. How nice right?  You can see my progress in my VA blog.

Second, my stock investment. Why invest in stock market? Don't get me wrong i'm not that rich yet, but i can still invest in stock market. And did you know that a maid did it and still doing it. Why can't we do it too?

I do this by  having a stock brokerage on COL financial. I receive the  buy, sell and hold signal per Bo Sanchez advice in his Truly Rich Club where in i  was a member. If you are a trader, you won't get what you expect from my blog because i'm concentrated on investment. When i say investment, i am  looking forward on putting my money on stock for 5 to 10 years or more. I'm preparing for my daughter's future particularly on her studies and My retirement, of course.

But why do i have to put my savings on stock market rather than banks and other financial institution. Yes, i still maintain my Bank accounts and yes, i still have deposits on that accounts but for emergency purposes only.  I love banks, really. Especially when doing online payments. I been saving my time not falling in line and waiting too long with payment centers. But in putting money on banks only give me 1% interest a year with deduction of withholding tax. So if you have P 10,000.00 in your bank account you will then receive a P 100 interest. But if you where investing it on stock market you will then receive dividends (your portion of the companies income that can be in the form of cash and stocks dividends). Aside from the dividends your stock may increase their market price depending on the performance of the company, economy and other factor giving you a gain on the other side.

Why do i have to have 2 Institution with me? COL financial is where i buy and sell of stock transaction occurs. That's where i see my portfolio. And Yes inside the COL account there is also an investment guide. But i still have my membership in Truly Rich Club. Because i'm transacting little money (P2,000.00 or more a month sometimes P1,000 if i'm out of budget) I have to narrowed down the COL list of potential Company from 5 to 10 Companies.

As you see there are to much number, percentage and etc. But since i'm a member of Truly rich club. I'm receiving email of stock update and stock alerts like this.

Tips on how to manage Workplace Stress

As a working mom. I experience getting exhausted just after the long 8 hours of work in the office. Not to mention the effort and time you spent while commuting from your home to office and i feel its so stressful. Below are some tips to manage your workplace stress and be lively even if after work. I really wanted to have energy for my baby at the end of the day. Probably this tips would be helpful for me and for you.

Take short breaks between work hours. It helps clear your mind after a long hours sitting and exposed to computer. It help you prevent bored-some especially in repetitive work. To this, get up on your desk once in a while, walking toward  your Pantry or to the cooler to get some water will do. 

Enroll in an After-work excises class. Aside from the Physical benefit of regular exercise, doing so will help you relieve tensions and stress.  Exercise produces happy hormones. These happy hormones are positive endorphin that promote happy and positive outlook in life.

Facing your activities and varying your routine. We have more energy during in the morning because it’s the day when we get our rest from sleep.  Try doing demanding work in the morning and doing less demanding task later in the day. If you are arriving to your office 1 hr ahead you may want to get bit late from your usual time once in a while 

Listen to Music while working. Music will help you relax in middle of the workday. Its always been a source of inspiration. if you don't like to disturb someone beside your cubicle then get some earphone with you.
