Tips on how to manage Workplace Stress

As a working mom. I experience getting exhausted just after the long 8 hours of work in the office. Not to mention the effort and time you spent while commuting from your home to office and i feel its so stressful. Below are some tips to manage your workplace stress and be lively even if after work. I really wanted to have energy for my baby at the end of the day. Probably this tips would be helpful for me and for you.


Take short breaks between work hours. It helps clear your mind after a long hours sitting and exposed to computer. It help you prevent bored-some especially in repetitive work. To this, get up on your desk once in a while, walking toward  your Pantry or to the cooler to get some water will do. 


Enroll in an After-work excises class. Aside from the Physical benefit of regular exercise, doing so will help you relieve tensions and stress.  Exercise produces happy hormones. These happy hormones are positive endorphin that promote happy and positive outlook in life.

Facing your activities and varying your routine. We have more energy during in the morning because it’s the day when we get our rest from sleep.  Try doing demanding work in the morning and doing less demanding task later in the day. If you are arriving to your office 1 hr ahead you may want to get bit late from your usual time once in a while 

Listen to Music while working. Music will help you relax in middle of the workday. Its always been a source of inspiration. if you don't like to disturb someone beside your cubicle then get some earphone with you. 

Lets stay cool and pretty besides being a mom!
