Review: Zalora Philippines

Everyone would be so happy receiving gift item. Just recently, i received a email from Zalora Philippines. It's a free gift voucher worth P 300.00. At first i don't want to believe it's true. But it tried redeeming the voucher coupon. After which, i received e-mails and sms on the updates of my order. The delivery of the item was fast and very organized. I ordered the item Tuesday 8-12-2014 and received it 8-14-2014. 

I'm not really an online shopaholic. Although sometimes i order items which i think are available from mall. I'm also having second thoughts of paying for the shipping fee. But if you really want convenience in avoiding commuting and hassle walking around the mall the shipping fee is worth it.

This is my second time receiving free items from online store and i'm looking forward in receiving another one. :-) Have a great online shopping experience with ZALORA!

Where to find Social Security System SBR no for Self employed and voluntary payment individual

If you would like to register your SSS online account. All you have to do is to fill up the needed information on the website. At the end of the process they will be asking for SBR no.

The receipt Number is the SBR no that is located in the right hand corner of the RS-5 form. If you where paying in Bayad Center you may find it at the buttom just below the signature "Machine Validation Receipt".


The number would look something like this,

 SSS CON>T#6556Z2W0 SE SS#XXXXXXXX 03/19/2014

Don't be confused just enter the last 6 digit  following the "T#"

Just enter    56Z2W0

HOW TO ACTIVATE SMART MONEY DORMANT ACCOUNT

DORMANT ACCOUNT is an inactive account with no transaction for specific time. In smart money account, there dormancy period is 120 days of no inbound or outbound transaction account history. I have may smart money account since 2012  seldom use it. So when i try verifying my Paypal using smart money that my transaction cannot be process. I call the smart money representative they instructed me to the steps below. 

STEPS  

1. Make a letter request to activate your dormant account. The letter must contain the following 
1. Name
2. Smartmoney Account Number
3. Smart Money and Validity period
1. To give you a concise format refer to the sample below: 
2. Submit it with the nearest Smart Money wireless center.

TIPS & WARNING

• Upon submitting the letter, make sure to have a receiving copy with you
• Don't step out of the smart money without asking for "Service Request No". This is the proof that the customer representative was already submitted your document to the main branch. 
• The most embarrassing thing that happen to me was when, i submitted my document Last December 04, 2013, after 2 weeks my account is still dormant.  I go back to the wireless center to ask what happen but they were just telling me "dapat 1 day yung process nito"..The processing time should be 1 day only.  
• You should have atleast P 200.00 pesos balance on you account.
• Present at least 2 valid ID's and bring with you, your SmartmoneyCard

QUESTION AND ANSWER                               

How much would be the charger for the lifting of SmartMoney dormant account.?

 The smart money representative would say that it will charge you P 50.00 but in my experience no charge was deducted on my account. 

Can i send the Letter through email?

No, they won't allow that transaction

Can, i send the letter through Fax?

Yes, they allow it.

 But i I suggest you try  to transact directly with the smart money center.
