DORMANT ACCOUNT is an inactive account with no transaction for specific time. In smart money account, there dormancy period is 120 days of no inbound or outbound transaction account history. I have may smart money account since 2012 seldom use it. So when i try verifying my Paypal using smart money that my transaction cannot be process. I call the smart money representative they instructed me to the steps below.
STEPS
- Make a letter request to activate your dormant account. The letter must contain the following
- Name
- Smartmoney Account Number
- Smart Money and Validity period
- To give you a concise format refer to the sample below:
- Submit it with the nearest Smart Money wireless center.
TIPS & WARNING
- Upon submitting the letter, make sure to have a receiving copy with you
- Don't step out of the smart money without asking for "Service Request No". This is the proof that the customer representative was already submitted your document to the main branch.
- The most embarrassing thing that happen to me was when, i submitted my document Last December 04, 2013, after 2 weeks my account is still dormant. I go back to the wireless center to ask what happen but they were just telling me "dapat 1 day yung process nito"..The processing time should be 1 day only.
- You should have atleast P 200.00 pesos balance on you account.
- Present at least 2 valid ID's and bring with you, your SmartmoneyCard

How much would be the charger for the lifting of SmartMoney dormant account.?
The smart money representative would say that it will charge you P 50.00 but in my experience no charge was deducted on my account.

ReplyDeleteDapat 1 day lang, from the date na nagpunta ka sa wireless center at nasubmit mo lahat ng requirements. I insist mo na bigyan k ng "service request no" katunayan na naprocess ng Customer Service Rep na kausap mo yung request mo
