Where to find Social Security System SBR no for Self employed and voluntary payment individual

If you would like to register your SSS online account. All you have to do is to fill up the needed information on the website. At the end of the process they will be asking for SBR no.

The receipt Number is the SBR no that is located in the right hand corner of the RS-5 form. If you where paying in Bayad Center you may find it at the buttom just below the signature "Machine Validation Receipt".


The number would look something like this,

 SSS CON>T#6556Z2W0 SE SS#XXXXXXXX 03/19/2014

Don't be confused just enter the last 6 digit  following the "T#"

Just enter    56Z2W0

Don't forget to click the and accept the terms and condition.
